The lead piece for a totally new-look Mediterranean Collection for 2011, The Olive Press is a canvas of traditional Languedoc Roussillon buildings clinging to a hillside surrounded by the beauty of an ancient olive grove, terracotta pots full of oil, a harnessed donkey which pulls the crushing stone, ripe olives, wild poppies, meadow daisies and Edelweiss.
