Description
The UK’s only native species, the red squirrel, eats a wide variety of foods including insects, seeds, bark, nuts, fruits, mushrooms and pine cones. In this design, Anji’s aim was to capture movement and she has done just that. Her mischievous red squirrels leap and dart among the branches of pine trees, busily searching for delicious morsels in nature’s colours on a varying brown ground.
