Description
Created for the Collectors Christmas Weekend, Philip Gibson’s contribution was a Peony jug set against a blue/green ground with delicate, but full, pink flowers and leaves which faded from almost moss green to brown at the tips. The committee of the British Ceramic Confederation was so taken by the design, they commissioned two huge planters to sit either side of the fireplace in their club lounge. Signed.
