Description
This bulbous-shaped vase was produced experimentally in several colourways in 1987. The two vases on offer have a teal base with a light blue ground. The letters in the Moorcroft name are abstractly placed to spell the word around the vase and are painted in a palette of purple and burgundy. As these experimental pieces were never put into production, they are extremely rare examples of Moorcroft ceramic art.
