Description
Wendy Mason is perhaps the greatest Moorcroft colourist of all time and has used her expertise to assist Walter Moorcroft, Sally Tuffin and Rachel Bishop. The maypole has its roots in the ancient Pagan May Day Festival. In Wendy’s design the dancing coloured ribbons provoke a sense of movement in rich, vibrant colours of blue, maroon, ochre, purple and pink on a green ground.
