Description
William Moorcroft’s Leaf and Berry design depicts a bountiful harvest of fruit and foliage and was produced over a period of approx. seven years in varying design styles and colourways. This piece is decorated with berries nestled amongst leaves which encircle the plate in vibrant colours of dark burgundy, soft burgundy wash and dark blue, all on a royal blue ground. A design still treasured 88 years later.
