Description
A total transformation from her Meknes design, Beverley created Jumeirah, a name borrowed from the desert town in the Gulf state of Dubai. The foreground is formal with a dramatic black and white chequerboard effect, very much in the Arab style. The dramatic use of much stronger architectural features, iron work railings and middle eastern colour palette make this a magnificent design.
