Description
Murals and tile tableaux in shades of blue, green, pink and burgundy and round, brightly-coloured mosques and minarets reflecting the North African sunshine inspired Rachel to design Casablanca. Feathers of every colour have also fascinated her and she once had the pleasure of viewing a large blue feather in a Moroccan Town Hall. The shape of the elegant vase has its origins in art from the Islamic world.
