Description
The Carousel ginger jar is a strong piece of ceramic art. The jade ground is more monochrome than ‘washed’ and, to make the design work, Rachel used daffodils, rose hips and primroses with the leaves and flowers of small delicate daffodils framing the other blooms. The delicate flower palette lends itself to a beautiful design against a rich jade ground.
