In 2014, Vicky Lovatt was inspired by a first-hand experience of the Boobook owl at a wildlife park in Perth. Months later, Vicky recalled her memory and released that memory onto the familiar medium of Moorcroft clay with brilliant attention to detail. With a plump little body and puffed out chest, this endearing face is sure to please Moorcroft collectors for years to come.
