Moorcroft is proud to offer a piece designed by the pottery’s founding father, William Moorcroft himself and made as he would have instructed. Clever experimentation by Moorcroft stalwarts saw more than seventeen shades of blue trialed on no less than ninety-one vases to attain the right colour and twenty-three experimental pieces were made to attain the brilliance of the Florian Yacht a century later.
