Description
This vase is part of a Collection inspired by the dress Her Majesty wore for her Coronation in 1953. Nicola set to work spinning red roses and regal thistles with the colour of the purple velvet cap of the Imperial Crown itself. Leeks the colour of the St. Edward Sapphire and roses coloured like the Black Prince’s Ruby with gentle folds of a ‘Mackintosh’ style bloom, give life to this beautiful interpretation.
