Hugh Edwards’ vision for the future was to have Moorcroft Designers meeting collectors in person and the Senior Designer was the first to carry the Moorcroft banner at special retailer events. Rachel selected a shape which had not been used for many decades and created her own vision of the Phoenix bird, its magical plumage flowing around its contours in blues and greens on a soft orange ground.
