Description
The honey possum is a tiny Australian marsupial about half the size of a mouse, which can be found in a small area in southwest Western Australia. It is one of very few entirely nectarivorous mammals, using its long pointed nose and tongue to gather pollen and nectar in its diverse habitat. Vicky depicts these nocturnal creatures traversing petals while seeking nectar in the cool night time air.
