Description
Marjorie Kubanda, biscuit ware selector, was formerly a paintress. Fruit and Vine is her bountiful motif. Plump purple-blue grapes, tendrils and vines dance around the circumference of this autumnal artifice with pitted stone fruit. Bi-coloured leaves and ripe juicy apricots join the dance on a deep blue ground with deep blue at the base. Produced exclusively for the Australian and Canadian markets. It was also made for Liberty’s as a lamp base with a forest green ground.
