Description
Sambucus is a genus of flowering trees commonly called Elderberry. Various parts of the elderberry tree have been used for medicinal and culinary purposes throughout history. They grow up to nine metres tall and have clusters of small white or cream flowers. The berries are found in small black or blue-back bunches when ripe. Elderberry is a design of substance and a must for any serious collector.
